Exchange or Return Policy

The majority of our products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

We generally follow our suppliers' return policies.

If the product is defective or you have not received the correct product, you have 5 working days to notify us.

To be eligible for an exchange (if no defects), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Products that are final sale, non-exchangeable and non-refundable:

- UV resins, resins, all glues, eyelash extensions, tweezers, lash lift products, powders, all sanitary products...

Our products are guaranteed for defects (bending, problem with a batch, etc.). We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
